T-Mod
Carb vent line mod. The idea here is to
prevent the bike from drowning in deep water.
|

12v Power Outlet
Mounted with black plastic bolts and plugged it into the unused power
leads up front. Almost looks factory.
|

Garmin GPS V
Find my way home from the middle of nowhere.
|

Mud Flap
Protects rear shock. Made it myself from rubber
sheet.
|

JC Whitney
Trunk
Holds more than it looks like, and a real bargain too.
|

Trunk Mount
This is the mounting plate that comes with the JC Whitney
trunk. Most folks mount these things further back, but I
like mine where it is. Cut the toolkit hole with my Dremel tool.
|

Brake Guard
Just looks too vulnerable without it. Got this one
from Dual-Star.
|

Tall Windshield
I only use it in winter to keep cold air off my
chest. If it's not cold I prefer the stocker.
|

Kickstand Guard
For some reason, my bike was missing this little plastic
thingie. I didn't even realize it until I saw a 2004 model with it.
|

Raised Tag Mount
Tire could hit the tag if not mounted high like this.
|

Oil Screen Cleaned
This little gizmo had a lot of trash on it. After
cleaning (see Mark's
page), my bike seems to run cooler.
|

Wheel Bearings
The stock wheel bearings are unsealed. I replaced
them with sealed bearings, and added an o-ring here on the left rear wheel
hub to help keep dirt out.
